Icon Strategies for SEKURIT Poland

We are developing an internal communication strategy for more than 2,000 employees across four production plants of Sekurit Polska, a company specialising in the manufacture of glass for cars and transport vehicles.

We have launched a project-based cooperation with Sekurit Poland, part of the Saint-Gobain Group and employing 2,000 people. The aim of this joint initiative is to develop a comprehensive internal communication strategy that will cover all Sekurit plants in Poland.

 

The project, led by Icon Strategies, involves conducting in-depth, direct research among several hundred employees from the company’s plants in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Iłowa, Sosnowiec and Żary, followed by the development of an internal communication strategy. Our consultants will also advise the Sekurit Polska team on its multi-stage implementation.

The implementation of the new communication system will be phased and built around a common guiding theme, in close cooperation with the company’s management board and those responsible for communication at Sekurit Polska, including the HR department. In the past, we have already delivered projects for the Saint-Gobain Group – including for the Isover brand, for which we provided communication support during one of the company’s largest investments in Poland in the last 15 years. Our consultants were also the authors of the award-winning “Polish Cities of the Future 2050” campaign, recognised in the European SABRE Awards as well as the Polish Złote Spinacze competition, and of the “Polska w Decybelach” campaign, which also received a Złote Spinacze award.

 

In recent years, we have also carried out projects for companies and brands such as Aldi, JAS-FBG, Orange Polska and Nexteer Automotive.
