Michał is the managing partner at Icon Strategies and a founder of the agency.

He has over 20 years of experience in public relations. Michal is an expert in PR strategy development, crisis management and media relations.

Communication campaigns planned and coordinated by Michał and within the Icon Strategies’s team received awards in the SABRE Awards, Golden Clips (the most prestigious PR competition in Poland), ESG Leaders and PR Wings competitions as well as were shortlisted in European Excellence Awards.

For over two decades he has been a member of the Polish Public Relations Association. Michał is an audit committee member and former President of the Silesian Division of the Polish PR Association.

Michał is the co-author of the postgraduate program ‘Public Relations – modern communication in practice’ at Univeristy of Economics in Katowice.
He had been lecturing on courses in PR strategy and product and corporate public relations for postgraduate students for over 6 years.

He graduated from the Economics Faculty of Katowice University of Economics (Poland), majoring in Public Relations. He is a postgraduate of the London School of Public Relations.
